Summary: The Cliffs at Princeville is in a stunning location with a very manicured feel. Reception staff super friendly and helpful. Nice pool and visiting food trucks. The actual apartment was disappointing. It appeared on the website to have been newly renovated when in fact it had some newer furniture. Original old kitchen with newer electrical items which were badly fitted leaving unhygienic gaps and chipped tiles. Dirty taps and sink. Kitchen well stocked albeit with old items. Bathrooms both original and very dirty, bath and shower tiles clearly not been cleaned properly for a long time. Bath taps loose, filthy or no plugs, dirty doors, dirty baths, dirty shower heads, very unpleasant. Filthy floors, the soles of my feet were black after one hour walking on the floor. No mop provided. I cleaned the kitchen sink a little especially around the taps but overall cleanliness not great. I’ve taken some photos if required. Sofa bed in living room extremely uncomfortable but the bed in the bedroom very comfortable.filthy stained bedroom rug. Sheets and towels all clean. Washing machine and tumble drier great. Wouldn’t stay here again but would stay at The Cliffs again, their own rentals are cheaper than this one and I understand some now have new bathrooms.
