Our El Cajon home has 3 separate full bathrooms. The master bathroom is linked to the master bedroom and boasts a jacuzzi, ample counter space, and double sinks. Another bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower. The main bathroom also has a full shower so every bedroom has its own private bathroom.

With a fully-stocked kitchen and new appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you and your little ones will need. We even provide salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee. Enjoy your home-cooked meals in the large dining area; the solid wood dining table comfortably seats six. Additional seating is available on bar.
The bright, airy living room is a wonderful place to gather in this spacious home. Relax SoCal style on the sectional sofa complete with recliners, and stream your favorite shows on the 70” flat screen Smart TV while you cozy up around the gas fire place. The large open windows showcase the most beautiful views and make lounging in this room a highly enjoyable experience.

Guest Access:
As a guest, you will have access to the entire property, including the private backyard and pool/hot tub, car port area and 2 driveways.
You will be given a key code for the smart lock, so no need to keep track of keys. There’s also a ring camera on the home’s exterior to ensure safety at all times and a noise monitor inside the home to ensure we are not disturbing the neighbors.

☀ The home has an exterior security camera that faces the side door entrance to ensure safety and occupancy limits are not being exceeded. It is not located inside the home. A noise monitor is on the ceiling of the game room to ensure noise levels do not reach inappropriate levels that would disturb the neighbors. Both of these will be on during your stay.

Nestled in a safe neighborhood, you’ll experienced the ease of being out in country living. Our home has a neighboring farm that we no longer have animals at. The neighbors have several chickens and turkeys that like to come over and say hello.
Getting around:
Getting around by car is necessary to enjoy your stay. Ubers/Lyft are just one click away. Parking is very convenient. We have 2 driveways with plenty of parking.

☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the carport that faces the side door entrance. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the game room. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.
☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.
☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
1. No parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized guests. $1000 fine.
2. No smoking, drugs, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. $1000 fine.
3. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night if outside.
4. Please use the 2 driveways and carport for parking only. Refrain from parking on neighborhood streets.
5. Maximum of 12 people allowed in the home at any given time.
6. No pets allowed
7. No glass bottles or glass of any kind near the pool.
8.Late checkout will incur a fee of $100 for every 30 min past checkout time.
9. Taking any remotes or keys from the property will result in a $200 replacement fee. Leftover items from guests can be shipped for a $50 processing fee.
10. Guests must be 25 years and older to book.
11. No sand, dirt, and/or grass inside the pool. Please use the hose to wash off your feet or shower prior to entering the pool. The pool will be inspected after each guest, and if additional cleaning is required, a $1000 fee will result.
12. Turn off hot tub heater & turn handles to the right to the blue tubes when not in use. $500 fine will be charged if this is left on for extended periods of time.
13. A minute noise decibel monitor is located on the game room ceiling. If noise levels equivalent to or greater than 80 dB between 10 PM and 10 AM persist after formal warning, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund and immediate eviction. We have one security camera located on the exterior of the carport that faces the side door entrance. It does not face inside the home. Both of these will be on during your stay.
14. Guest agrees to purchase travel insurance to protect their reservation. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
15. There is a $100/day heating fee for pool and hot tub.
16. Leave pool vacuum in pool at all times. If found removed from pool, guests will be charged a $200 fee
17. No shipping of items to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned with a $100 fee.
18) FYI on maintenance/case schedule: Trash & Recycle Day: Monday AM (A third party company will come Sunday to take out the trash cans to the street and bring them back in on Monday after trash pickup) ; Pool Care: Wednesday ; Lawn Care: Tuesday
Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host, with no refund and minimum $500 fee.
The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.
