Specifically set up for groups. 4 bedrooms plus a bonus attached room—3 full bathrooms. - We can offer you this excellent value for your family or group with these practical yet unique amenities and spaces. - We provide excellent high-speed Wi-Fi and streaming boxes and TVs for your downtime entertainment. - "Work-cation" remotely with high-speed Wi-Fi, desks, and quiet during work or play. -We offer a modern open-space, fully stocked kitchen and dining space where the group can gather and commune in the heart of the home. - Consume food and beverages in the kitchen and dining area. Heavy-duty seating around the table. - Order delivery, go out to dinner or pick up food from many restaurants in DC. - We have a lovely deck, patio, garden, and porch outdoor spaces with seating and two bbq grills. Please use inside voices when outdoors. -This house is in a friendly, safe residential neighborhood of attached homes with families throughout the vicinity. -You can walk two blocks to the Stadium-Armory Metro; blue, orange, and silver lines all stop there, and there are bus stops at each end of the block. Please adhere to that. -There is plenty of closet space and storage for clothes, shoes, and luggage. -I do not allow street shoes worn in the house, so bring your house slippers. -We provide two off-street free parking spaces - rare in DC. -We provide a high-efficiency washer and dryer. -We provide ironing boards, irons, and hair dryers. -We provide convenient necessities like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, other items. -There are blackout shades and curtains in every room to support a deep, restful slumber. -There are laptop desks and chairs in every room. -After a day of pleasure, business, civics, or any such combination in the nation's capital, relax together here. -There is also free but limited access to street parking - adhere to parking signage. -There is a park right across the street for kids, families, and dogs. -Safeway supermarket is blocks away at 415 14th St. SE.
