Style and comfort wrapped in one, this fully-restored masterpiece is an homage to classic southern architecture, replete with modern amenities, and located centrally, this is the perfect place for large groups and families coming to town on business who seek a first-class NOLA experience. - Interesting architectural elements; soaring 12' ceilings, re-finished heart of pine hardwood floors, century-old crown moldings, original 19th century doors - Large sectional sofa and a 55" Smart LCD television with Netflix, Hulu, and other apps including wifi and a powerful soundbar speaker - The dining areas seat 12+ people comfortably featuring a breakfast bar and spacious Chef's kitchen - Central air conditioning - All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. THE NEIGHBORHOOD We are adjacent to the Marigny/Bywater, 2-6 blocks from awesome restaurants, cafes, and bars. Our favorites include the Country Club, Oaxalis, Satsuma, the Cheesy Cajun and Elizabeth's. Our neighborhood is delightful, we hope you will come and enjoy all it has to offer! GETTING AROUND The best way to get around is by foot, bike, taxi, or Uber. Scores of wonderful restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are within close walking distance! In addition, we are a short 5 minute (~$5-6 Uber ride) from Frenchman St and the French Quarter. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Please send an inquiry instead of a reservation request if you have any questions prior to booking. All reservations are final. Payment is due in full at time of booking (no deposits or holds). VRBO retains a separate security deposit which is fully refundable. Please note that the 5th bedroom is a converted den with a twin daybed with optional twin trundle bed.
