Dos Monos is a combination of two adjoining Villas, each with separate entrances and adjoining door. Villas are located on the Garden/Creek level at Jungle Creek, giving this Villa approx. 2100 sq/ft. 4 bedrooms, 2 full sized kitchens, 2 living/dinning and 2 large bathrooms with separate rooms with toilets.
Dos side with approximately 1,200 square feet of living space, this unit features two air-conditioned deluxe 2 bedrooms (King and Queen beds, one single Murphy bed, one spacious bathroom, full kitchen, office space, dining area, flat screen TV with cable and DVD player in the living room. The 10ft high teak ceilings, open floor plan, large windows make it a spacious villa with lot's of natural light. The space features a private stone entry, night lighting, beautiful garden views, and space to enjoy the outdoors on our private creek-side walking paths.
Dos features an island bar with four stools. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks. Each room has its own large closet and sitting area. The living space has plenty of seating for everyone with an island bar, a large sofa, and dining table with four chairs. This villa is perfect for large Family or two families traveling together, but have private spaces!
Mono side is located next to Dos with approximately 900 square feet of living space, this unit features two air-conditioned Queen bedrooms, one deluxe double shower bathroom, full kitchen, office area, outdoor dining and living space. The inside living area has a 32" flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The jungle and creek views, and wide use of sliding glass doors make the view from your bed amazing. The space features a private gated entry(perfect for young children), night lighting, beautiful garden views, and space to enjoy the outdoors in a hammock.
Mono Vista is our most private Jungle Villa. It’s separate from the other rentals by its own gated walkway that leads to a beautiful outdoor patio. The patio serves as the best room in the villa with classic Costa Rica wood table and lounge area. The unit opens up with 6 sliding glass doors to both rooms and the living area that offers the privacy, space, and ambiance for an intimate experience.
Guest Access
You will have access to shared pool, deck, lounge chairs, hammocks, BBQ, 24/7 concierge, parking, washer and dryer on property, local phone, free North America phone calls and Suzie (our very friendly dog)
Interaction with Guests
We live on the on the property as your private concierge to help you with recommendations on restaurants, tours, live music, shopping etc. or anything you might need in room ie; towels, a glass of wine!!!
The Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is (we think) in the perfect location. Half way between the town of Quepos and the National Park. Tucked in the jungle just 350 meters from main road, in a quiet neighborhood, but just 2 minutes from everything.
Getting Around
We are 350 meters from the main road where the buses run all day long, approximately every 15 minutes, for about 60 cents. Also taxis are readily available for aprox. $4.00 to the town of Quepos or $6.00 to the main beach.
Other Things to Note
We are on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in outside common areas/pool.
