Positive: The place has a complete set up in terms of amenities, which is very nice. Everything was very comfortable and we had the basics covered for our family stay.
Negative: The whole "beach front" selling point was disappointing. It's not a beach, it's a piece of sand near the water, and you can't swim in it. The whole point of our trip was to rest and have a nice family time without having to rent a car or take a taxi. We ended up having to rent a car to go to the beach, therefore, costs of rental plus car would give us access to a nicer/better location.
Summary: Nice apartment, not beach front as adversited.
