The 127m² apartment is located in a remodeled old Sevillian building, where custom and avant-garde converge. Its characteristic and classic Sevillian patio is opposed to its innovative interior, where there is no lack of winks to the traditional arts of the city.

The house is recently renovated, so it has all the advantages of a modern and well equipped house. Care has been taken to the smallest detail.
During the stay you have access to the entire house, you will enjoy the entire apartment. You can use the kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen is very equipped. You can use everything.
The house is delivered with the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You do not need to carry all this in your suitcase.

The check-in time is from 4 in the afternoon, although in some cases you can enter before, just ask me. If you arrive after 10 o'clock at night there will be a night check-in fee of € 30, payable at the time of Check In.
The entrance door to the apartment closes suddenly. It is important not to forget the keys inside during your stay in the city. At the time of check out, please leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind you. The departure time is before 11 if we have not agreed another hour previously. Our cleaning girl will arrive around 11. If you agree with her, please, let her enter.
