Now this is Living. This modern gem placed like a jewel in Mesa. Fully remodeled, 2 primary suites and a backyard to entertain year round. Step inside impressive home to great room living. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a movie or a sporting event. The kitchen and dining area are connected to the great room. The kitchen has everything and then some to cook a meal. The coffee bar is the centerpiece to the kitchen and there is plenty of pre space and cabinets. Enjoy a chat or a cup of coffee at the kitchen island table. The dining area is round and creates for memories with family and friends. The Primary Suite is split from the other bedrooms and has a spa like en-suite bath, amazing king bed and luxurious linens. There is a TV for viewing from bed. On the west side of the home are 3 bedrooms that share a central bath. The Primary King bedroom is large and roomy and has a TV and beautiful desk for working from home. Bedroom 3 is a queen bed at the rear of the home and bedroom 4 is an office with two twin beds. There is an indoor laundry area and super fast wifi throughput the home and outside.
Step outside and you will be amazed at the large heated lap pool, the gorgeous swim step with a modern vibe. Relax around the pool in the many seating and lounging areas. The landscaping is kept pristine. There is a firepit too for enjoying the Arizona evenings. Play some corn hole on the grassy area of the yard or have a BBQ with family and friends. The backyard is magical and will undoubtedly create memories.
