Summary: The house is very well stocked with everything youโ€™d need. It is a very cute beach house with lots of room for our party of 10 and more. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of rooms for various sleeping arrangements. The house is directly on the beach. We didnโ€™t realize the bay side would be so different from other beaches (we havenโ€™t ever been to a DE beach). The water was calm but there were also a lot of dead horseshoe crabs and seaweed on the beach. The owners did provide a rake if needed. The upstairs balcony was the perfect retreat for mornings and evenings watching the water. It was a bit of a remote area with the nearest grocery store seeming to be about 20 minutes away - so plan accordingly. Would recommend and would stay again.
