A large 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa situated in the Crescent Lakes community in Kissimmee, Florida. This home offers a large family or group plenty of space to enjoy each other's company. The house occupies a great position with a pool that looks out over a large pond and plenty of parking space on the front drive.
Upon entering the villa you'll find a formal dining area that seats 6, from here you can walk directly into the open plan living area that has plenty of seating and a large TV all of which look out onto the lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large refrigerator and stove for those who'd rather use the amenities than go out to eat. There is an additional refrigerator in the garage and also an additional clothes dryer making it easy to stay fully stocked up on food.
Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with king side bed and ensuite facilities including a walk in shower which is fully enclosed and a large soaking tub. There are 6 further bedrooms in total including a number of twin bedrooms and bathrooms which can be shared. On the upstairs landing you'll find a large sofa and TV area just off one of the many bedrooms.
Back downstairs you'll find a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey table in the converted garage providing plenty of entertainment for those who are looking for something else to do. Outside on the lanai there's seats and loungers have been provided and there's a pool fence for added security. The pool is large and has it's own spa which overlooks the large pond meaning that you don't have to worry about rear neighbors so plenty of privacy for your family or large group getaway.
Just 15 minutes away you will find a number of places to eat and shop including a Walmart Supercenter with Walt Disney World is just 30 minutes away making this villa a great place to base yourself during your stay in Orlando.
