Hanalei Colony Resort is a lush, tropical, unspoiled location. Enjoy the beauty of nature, royal palm trees, ocean, beaches, sunrises and sunsets and perhaps the feeling of an era long past. Situated right at the beach on Kauai's famed north shore. Kepuhi Beach & Point with barrier reef can be a spot for swimming and snorkeling...perhaps a majestic a 5 minute walk down the beach. The condo sits on an uninterrupted stretch of beautiful north shore beaches where you can enjoy long sunrise and/or sunset walks...Lumahai Beach is a 2-3 mile drive east and Tunnels/Makua Beach maybe a 1-2 mile drive west and Ke'e Beach for the Ha'ena Beach Park is another mile or so. And like the island itself, it is unplugged from the busy pace of the outside world. After crossing a series of classic one-lane bridges you will reach the tranquil style resort, and immediately become immersed in the surroundings. Right here at the resort is the Hanlaei Day Spa and our Ohana Darci...The Opakapaka Grill with classic Hawaiian Island evening musical entertainment, and the NaPali Art Gallery & Coffee Company
The ocean and beach condo has a semi open floor plan with sleeping for 4 people, 2 full bathrooms with 1 tub. Bedding consists of 1 King Bed, and 2 Twin Beds. It is There is a complete full kitchen and contemporary, island inspired furnishings. The unit has no television or phone so you can enjoy Hawai'i. You may more enjoy the sounds of the birds singing, the surf caressing the sandy shore, and trees swaying with the ocean breeze. There's a pool right on site...coin operated laundry facilities. We find the Opakapaka Grill co convenient next door and coffee shop delightful. Although there is a Dedicated Wi-Fi Internet access installed, we recommend disconnecting and the place for the ultimate in relaxation.
