With a gorgeous, contemporary style interior, our condo is the perfect place for a comfortable and convenient stay. Our condo sits right next to the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway, you can even see the entrance from our second floor balcony! The apartment is equipped with an elevator at the entrance, making it easy for you to move your luggage around. You will also have access to one dedicated parking spot, with extra street parking available.
Inside the apartment, you will find a modern and simply styled space, including a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials (see below for details), as well as every practical need, like a washer and dryer unit, and a fast wifi connection. The living area is furnished with comfortable, stylish seating and features such as a 65' UHD 4K Google Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite entertainment. The bedroom is furnished with a 50' UHD 4k Smart TV as well, ensuring you feel well and pampered during your stay.
Our vacation rental is conveniently located just a 12 minute drive from/to the Indianapolis International Airport, so whether you're in town for business or leisure, our condo is the perfect home base for your Indianapolis stay. Soon, this property will offer a brunch restaurant, interior design/gift shop, and a wine shop on the strip below. Until then, enjoy all of the cafes, breweries and even the racing headquarters, all within walking distance from our homebase!

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process via lockbox so you can drive up any time after check in and access on your own.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
