Late check-ins: if you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. if you arrive after 21h00/9pm the fee is €20, and after 24h00/12am the fee is €50, if a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply, please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00, passport information: it is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodations with their full name, date of birth and passport number. therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information before your arrival, for stays 28 days and over the following rules apply, 1) the included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. for example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. if you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period, 2) a deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. for 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations, the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations, the deposit is 1 monthly rent. the deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay, 3) a rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival, 4) we require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is not included in the price. the cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. this is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Positive: The apartment is very modern , very well equipped (there is even a toaster!), and spotlessly clean. It is only a few minutes walk to the metro and very easy to get to and from the airport or the centre of the city. It felt very secure. There was not too much noise from other guests (except the first night when someone above occasionally sounded as if they were dragging furniture around until around 2 in the morning: why do people do that?? So antisocial and thoughtless). All in all, I will certainly consider staying again.
Negative: There is an electronic system to enter the apartment via a site on my mobile. I couldn't make this work at first (my mobile kept telling me I was a long way from the apartment!). It took several minutes before I could get someone to ring me and sort it out. It might be an idea to put a short video on the site showing someone using it that can be seen in advance (especially for older non tech types like me..). Also, there was a fire alarm at around midnight on one night. This in itself is no criticism, but while waiting outside another guest told me the same thing happened the week before,; so perhaps the system is faulty or over sensitive (?).
Summary: A very modern, clean, and well equipped apartment. I would definitely stay again.
