The bedrooms, both with ocean views are fitted with queen beds. There is a fold-out divan in the living area. ALL LINEN IS SUPPLIED. FOXTEL TV. DVD player, Radio. The comfortable living area includes a small kitchenette with a glass cook top, a plug in portable oven, microwave, fry pan, crockery, cutlery & other necessary cooking items. NO dishwasher. The bathroom and laundry are accessible from the living area. All necessary laundry & toilet requisites supplied. OUTSIDE THE UNIT THERE IS A GAS BBQ, WITH TABLE AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE, leading onto a well cared for native garden with ocean views. An outdoor shower is located outside Unit 1A, for the purpose of removing sand after being on the beach. The total complex is fully fenced. Space for one car in lock up garage available.
