Positive: Gazda a fost amabilă și ne-a așteptat fără întârziere la locație. Patul este foarte confortabil, iar salteaua excelentă. Bucătăria este utilată corect, iar cu un expressor ar fi perfectă. Curățenia a fost bine făcută și lenjeriile curate. Tot curat, inclusiv baia, exceptând detalii precum praf și grăsime deasupra hotei. Peste bulevard, la 5min de mers pe jos, sunt câteva plaje private îngrijite.

Negative: Traficul de la bulevardul Mamaia este insuportabil și permanent 24/24. Descrierea specifică Soundproofing, însă auzi fiecare mașină care trece. N-aș fi reservat fără specificația "Soundproofing". Prosoapele au fost curate, dar nu sunt vechi și zgârie. Draperiile sunt subțiri. Descrierea specifică "Beachfront", însă e stradă în față și fără acces la lac.
