The studio apartment on the Sonnhalde is in a natural location on one of Freiburg's attractive panoramic streets, 1.8 km (5 minutes by car) from the old town (Münsterplatz).
The modern and bright apartment is located on the top floor (a staircase over terrain) of a two-family house in a quiet location on a slope with a view of the Black Forest.
The use of an approx. 10 sqm garden terrace (southeast orientation) is possible. It can also be used by the guests of the holiday apartment on the ground floor. The terrace is part of a small courtyard and is located next to the entrance area of the house. You can also smoke here.
The nearest bus stop (direct bus line to the city center and the main train station) is 300 meters from the apartment.
There, in the center of Herdern, are also all shops for daily needs, e.g. B. a grocery store, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank, hairdressers, cafes and restaurants etc.
On the nearby church square (cath. Church of St. Urban) there is a weekly market on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The apartment is newly renovated and fully equipped with oiled beech and oak parquet floors and a newly installed, very effective and quiet running air conditioning system.
A part of the room extends up to a height of approx. 4.0 m into the roof top.
A gallery (approx. 10 sqm floor space, max. Height 1.50 m) serves as a sleeping area for 2 people. The bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) has 2 separate mattresses and slatted frames. Access to the sleeping gallery is via a space-saving staircase.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (with freezer compartment), a ceramic hob with 4 plates, an oven with grill, an extractor hood, a sink, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a complete set for 4 people.
An iron and ironing board and basic equipment with spices, vinegar, oil, tea, coffee, cleaning agents, liquid soap, shampoo, facial tissues, toilet paper etc. are available.
Flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player, CD player / radio, smoke detector, telephone and free internet connection (WLAN).
There are enough parking spaces for your car on the Sonnhalde.
