This studio*** (Classified by Hotel Inspection n°décision 06402064122182985) is located in the heart of Biarritz, within easy reach of all commodities: you will never be more than 5 minutes walk away from the beaches, museums, shops, bars, restaurants, golf courses etc You have a sofa design looks picture. There are 2 sofa with two beds (Italian brand felis search the net you will see are sofa beds very high end) 140*190 cm and an other simple bed same brand and model FREE PARKING 500M FROM APPARTMENT! Or you have private parking 50 from your house (price is around 30/50€ one week the company is Vinci ) The studio has been awarded and certification by the regional inspection of hospitality services, which gives you a guarantee on the quality of our accommodation. Quiet & well layed out studio situated in a charming residential complex. Fully equipped for a self-sufficient lifestyle. I was born here so I can give you good information and the best local addresses (restaurants, bars, cafes.). I regularly surf at the Cote des Basques, so I can provide tips on surf spots and rent you boards if needed. I can easily give you informations & tips about the local surfing spots. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: • Your booking will only be confirmed after reception of the deposit (50% of the rental price) • A security deposit will be required upon arrival & will be returned to you on departure (foreign visitors: deposit by cash only due to cheque fraud) • Water consumption is billed separately at a set price of 4 euros per cubic meter (to be paid on departure - usually around 4 to 8€).And during winter you have to pay electricity consumption for the heating generally 5 to 15€ one week. Belling will be calculated by meter reading and invoice. EXTRAS: - Bed linen on request (15€ each) - Housekeeping on request (38€) - Surf board rental on request (10€ per day - multiple boards available) -check out start 8:00 am and check in start 12:30 am until 09:00 PM. I you have other timing ask me before book. (or extra charges check in 20€ after 9:00pm; after 10:00 pm 30€; after 00:00 am 50€; check out before 08:00 am 30€ or ask me before) Other solution i can do myself check out alone and i ll give you back deposit later of course by transfer bank. I hope you understand i have familly etc because so people abuse leave 6 am or arrive 11:30 pm so i have put rules
