In an effort to maintain competitive pricing for the entire community to enjoy, we have implemented an inventory system to track certain items (such as towels, linens, consumables, etc.). Additional charges (with markup) will be made for any such items that are removed during a stay. Thanks for the understanding.
The new swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, outdoor play area, and outdoor fireplace are being installed. We can't wait to share the new luxury backyard with the VRBO community.
During the construction process, the backyard and garage is currently off limits to guests for their own safety and to protect the integrity of the jobsite.
As of June 3, 2024, the new outdoor kitchen is virtually built. We are waiting on the new gas meter to be installed, then we can finish the trim out. The pool is also nearly completed. We are waiting on some shorted pool plaster material to be delivered so we can finish the pool plaster. Then, we just have to hook up all the jets and the water/ fire feature on the back of the pool, install the pool coping, and install the pool decking.
Then, voila...! We have a gorgeous new pool and outdoor kitchen...(very soon to come). We can't wait to get this project wrapped up :)
