New, unique, cozy home in a centrally located mountain modern community. Corner lot with stunning mountain views. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on main level. The kitchen, living areas and 3rd full bathroom are located upstairs surrounded by fantastic mountain views and forest trees. Private, large wrap around upstairs deck for afternoon west sun and bbq's and a smaller front upstairs deck for coffee in the morning sun. This space has lots of vintage finds and tons of character.
The space
This is our family home. We are renting it out to go travelling summer 2023. We would love to chat to you, if you are interested in exploring and hanging out in our super cool home for a Fernie summer. Located footsteps to the best mountain biking and hiking around. Walk from our house to the Montane Barn, along the river, to the aquatic center and in 15 minutes you will be on main street Fernie. It's a 10 minute drive to epic mountain biking at the ski hill.
