The community landscaping was designed to blend with the natural arroyos and surrounding desert. The common areas include amazing Ramada’s made of reclaimed wood that provide a rustic desert charm. A bicycle/pedestrian asphalt path boarders the west side of the community for residents to use. There are two parks throughout the community, the largest offering so much green space with many play options for children and adults located just steps from the front door! The is the best neighborhood to walk, paved paths for walking or cycling. There are lots of trees along the main street for shade. All streets have side walks. A little more a distance you will find grocers, shops, restaurants, gyms and UPS store are all within three miles. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE VERY IMPORTANT: • The primary renter must be at least 21 years old to book and must be staying at the property with any guests and is responsible for all guests and visitors at all times. • The owner of this property does not accept any responsibility in any way of personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal property. • There is no life guard on duty. There is no additional gate around the pool. Please supervise children in and around the pool. The pool is not a dive pool. It is 4 feet on the ends and 5 feet in the middle. • This is a nice, quiet neighborhood. Exercise good neighbor etiquette by being mindful of your noise level. Excessive noise could result in consequential actions and/or fines including termination of your rental agreement without refund. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED day or night. Please observe quiet time: 11:00 PM to 8 AM. If you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave the property and forfeit your rent paid. Remember this home is in a residential area and neighbors deserve to rest within their private property. • Please park in the drive way only. Only two cars can park in the drive way. Please lock and secure your property. It is your sole responsibility to protect your things and to abide by all community, city, county, and state parking rules and regulations.
