The different areas in this space are roughly marked off by the three floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow plenty of natural light. The dining table adjoins the living room and kitchen areas and comfortably sits six people. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen has fresh white cabinets, a sophisticated grey worktop and splashback surfaces. Study Although the study area is in the same shared space with the open-plan living area, it appears almost like a separate room, tucked away behind a statement metallic cabinet by the bright corner of the room. It consists of a desk, two chairs a floor lamp, leather recliner and wall mounted shelving. W/C Along the corridor is a separate toilet and sink near the entrance. Bathroom There is another bathroom near the entrance with dark slate tiles in the shower and a single sink. Bathroom 2 In the corridor by the bedrooms is another bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub with a handheld shower and toilet. Adjacent to the bathroom, the laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer. Master Bedroom A large wall mounted shelving unit framing the double bed. There is also a small desk and chair. This room also boasts a large floor-to-ceiling window for natural light and fresh air. Bedroom 2 This is a room with a single bed, a rocking chair and some antique wooden chests as storage and wardrobe space. A second spare single bed can be set up in this room, should it be requested in advance.
