Positive: Breakfast was not included in the stay
Negative: More toilet paper in the suite. Also a couple of more towels if you have guests staying for 7 days. The apartments are located across an abandoned building, so stepping out to the balcony isnt the most aesthetically pleasing, however the price compensates for this. Though 52nd street (calle) is super safe and quiet. Note the taco stand at the corner of 52 and 10th, wow the street tacos there are amazing!
