What’s more, it’s also in prime position for some of the city’s best smaller museums, including the art-filled Sir John Soane’s Museum; home to a staggering private collection of paintings, sculptures and architectural drawings. Also, there is the fascinating Museum of Freemasonry for anyone interested in this mysterious group and the more modern Museum of Comedy, for anyone interested in that even more mysterious group; comedians.
