Positive: - Close to one of ski lodge - Clean and you have almost everything that you need on the department

Negative: - Electric fireplace do not work, we wait one day to have someone to fix it. the technician was kind and try to fixed but he couldn't. he bring a mini electric heater - the first day the parking lot was occupied by a visitor and stay on the place for all night. this incident was reported however nothing happened.
