Positioned in one of Jan Juc's most sought after areas, located only metres from Bird Rock and the surf beach, is this classic beach home has been fully renovated and perfect for the whole family!
Boasting two levels of living with four bedrooms (the large master with en-suite and WIR), a quality kitchen / dining and living area with s/s appliances and flowing through to a north facing, decked outdoor entertainment area seating 6 people, the family bathroom with a free standing bath and a second, upstairs family room or a parents retreat!
Throughout the house there is gas central heating, polished timber floorboards, three reverse cycle air conditioner, outdoor kids play equipment, an outdoor shower, BBQ, games, books DVD's and all this is situated on a large block with a double carport with electric gates.
Only a quick stroll to the beautiful Jan Juc surf beach,Bells Beach Hotel, cafes, shops and medical facilities and only minutes to parks and recreation areas.
Great sized large house that could fit a couple of families comfortably and enjoy a great stay with amazing beaches and cliff top walks!!
