Positive: The hotel is really clean, the room is spacious and comfortable, the location and the shuttle service are great.

Negative: The unability to communicate with the stuff can be painful. We arrived really early and left the same evening, during our first stay in the hotel we got a breakfast at checkin as we wouldn't be there the next morning which was great. On the second stay the receptionist declined us the breakfast and told us that we can have a dinner (of course using translate application), later her colleagues told us that we won't get anything as the hotel policy doesn't allow it. I was quite frustrated as it took some time to organize food which is not great with two small kids. I would appreciate some flexibility shown during our first stay
