TVs
While our chalet is equipped with smart TVs, please note that we do not provide cable channels for viewing.
PETS
We may allow one small dog per chalet per booking (max 4 dogs), pending approval. Prior to confirmation, we'll request additional details about your furry companion, including size. A $500 security deposit and a $100 extra cleaning fee per dog will be required for pet stays.
1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.
2. Check-in is possible any time after 5PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.
3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.
4. One small dog per chalet per booking ($100/dog) might be allowed for a maximum of 4 dogs. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask.
5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.
6. If the cottage is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to put the house in order. At the end of the rental, the spa water must be as clean as when you arrived. Furthermore, If you delay the work of our cleaning team at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge is applied to any late departure between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late departure in advance.
7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.
8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.
9. If you forget your personal belongings when you leave, you will be charged a management fee of $50 plus the shipping fee & packaging.
10. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
