Its perfect location offers ski in / walk out access to the famous Lower Dave Murray Downhill towards the Creekside gondola base. Recent renovations include new flooring with heated tile floors, all new bathrooms, and a fully remodeled kitchen with stone countertops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances including an induction range. This home is subject to a required damaged deposit by guests. Noise bylaws are strictly enforced in this area. Fines will be given for noise after 10PM. No more than 3 unrelated guests are allowed in the property at any time Parking for 2 cars, 1 in the heated garage and 1 in the driveway outside the garage. There are also a limited number of visitor spots in the complex available on a first come, first serve basis Taluswood 23 has a private 5-6 person hot tub on the lower balcony. Operation hours are strict as they follow with the Whistler Resort Municipal noise bylaw. Any violations of this bylaw will be subject to fines. SKI-IN DIRECTIONS This home offers convenient access to the nearby Dave Murray ski run to the Creekside gondola. The ski-in trail exits only steps from Taluswood 23. To reach the Taluswood trail, please take the Dave Murray run on Whistler Mountain. The Dave Murray run starts at the top of the open Garbanzo chair (by the Chic Pea Hut) and leads all the way to the base of the Creekside gondola. Dave Murray can also be accessed from the upper gondola station and base of the Big Red chair. Once you reach gondola tower #13, watch out for the trail located in between tower #12 & #13 to the right of the run. There is a sign on tower #12 with an arrow pointing towards the ski-in to the Taluswood complex. Note that this ski trail access is suitable for intermediate level skiers and is not suited for beginners. SKI-OUT DIRECTIONS It's a short 5 minute walk to the trail head. To reach the trail head, please walk out to Nordic Drive (200 steps), turn left and walk up Nordic Drive (100 steps). You will see the Taluswood trail markers on the right. The trail takes you to the Lower Dave Murray run. This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
