The 10-family terrace house “Casa Roccia” is located on a rocky outcrop that slopes steeply down to the lake, in a sunny south-west location on the outskirts of Pino, a typical northern Italian village, and only 1.5 km from Ticino, Switzerland 40 m above Lake Maggiore. It is an oasis of calm, as the road and the railway run through a tunnel or gallery from the entire east bank only at this point. Overall, the two tastefully furnished 2-room corner apartments have a living space of approx. 50 m² and a dreamily located balcony of approx. 20 m² or 30 m² with a gigantic view of Lake Maggiore. So the balcony can quickly become your third room. In the event that you do not want to be completely isolated from the rest of the world on vacation, you have free WiFi internet access at your disposal.
