The ample kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the tools you would need to cook meals during your stay. This condo is a tech-lovers dream with its blazing fast WiFi, 2 TV’s and a Sonos. The complimentary beverage bar will help you power up in the morning as you will have your choice of coffee or tea.

The bedroom boasts a luxurious king sized bed and a walk in closet with a washer/dryer and there is a large bathroom across the hallway. In the main living space, there is a queen-sized pull out couch.

Enjoy getting ready for the day in the spacious bathroom that offers all of the top luxuries. The floor to ceiling walk-in shower is stocked with high-quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash while Turkish bath towels provide the perfect touch for your daily pampering.

One covered parking space is provided in the parking garage located on the first floor of the building. A second parking space is available on an outdoor surface parking lot. The building provides seamless accessibility features allowing one to park and arrive at the unit without stairs by utilizing the elevator.
Guests will be sent a building and unit door code the day prior to check in.

There is a $500 deposit for the condo. It is not charged to you upon booking, only reserved in the case of damage or theft. If something gets damaged or broken, please let us know and we will figure out a solution.
While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
We have a doorbell camera at the unit entry. In addition we have a decibel detector within the unit to ensure the noise from the unit is not being heard from the adjacent neighbors.
Please note that if you cancel a booked reservation, and it is within the timeframe for a full refund, you will receive the refund minus the credit card processing fee of 2.9%.
Guests are to obey building quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00AM.
Pool and fitness hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. Any guests caught violating the community pool and fitness rules will be asked to leave immediately and will not receive a refund.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.
No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for on reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.
Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the unit.
No smoking/vaping/420 inside the unit or building. You may smoke outside on the patio.
Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $30 for every half hour they have not checked out.
