To the outside of the property is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed courtyard garden with hot tub and furniture as well as shared use of grounds and seating areas around the lake. Located in stunning countryside, The Barn at Waunlippa is a lovely cottage suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year. Kayak hire is available at beaches in the area and for guests with their own kayaks there is also a local estuary. The property is spacious enough to accommodate kayak storage and/or or golf clubs. The drive is also large enough to accommodate a vehicle with a towed boat. The property is approx 2 miles from the local train station.
