Positive: All the little extras the owners had thought about, like a basket full of umbrellas, picnic basket, folding chairs for beach. Well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful location.

Negative: The bbq had been used by previous holiday makers but had not been cleaned. I contacted the rental holiday company and they said that cleaners are not contracted to clean it so if we wanted to use it we would have to clean up someone else's mess. No connection cable between TV and dvd player
