The Space: ***Due to Coronavirus concerns, we have postponed our "eco-friendly" cleaning habits and are temporarily adopting stringent anti-viral cleaning protocols.*** The place will also be fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and coffee. Between reservations, all surfaces including floors will be professionally deep cleaned with paper towels (not cloth) and our bacteria-eliminating floor steam cleaner, Lysol 99.9% surface cleaner and Lysol spray, as well as a light-bleach sanitizing solution. Bedding and linens will be washed with organic laundry detergent as well as a small amount of bleach for safety purposes. Although we are aware of the possible effects on our chemically sensitive guests by using these products, we feel that creating the most sanitary environment possible is currently of incredible importance. These monitors do not record any sound in the unit, but rather monitor for spikes in decibel levels and send notifications to our 2 managers when this happens. Please also note that the 2 managers live very close by, so if you need anything at all we are not far away. Not only will you have full access to the entire, spacious apartment, but you’ll also have access to the small gym off the lobby. A public parking garage is located in the basement of the building. Daily rates are offered ranging from $15-25 per day. There’s additional on-street parking. This is mostly metered and limited to 2-3 hours between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm. There are tons of restaurants and bars within minutes and we're also close to Old City and Independence Hall. A quick taxi/uber/lyft ride or a bike ride away is Rittenhouse Square, City Hall and the Museum of Arts. We're close to the 95 so getting down to the stadiums is also easy. Getting Around: Walking is our preferred method of getting around since so many of the main Philadelphia attractions are within walking distance. If you are going further away, we highly recommend using the Indego bike sharing station right outside our building. Other Things to Note: Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you to always remember to treat the space with respect and abide by our house rules. We have a strict security deposit of $250 and if you do break any of our rules, we will, unfortunately, be forced to keep the full amount. Lastly, the swing is for decorative purposes only.
