Positive: House was very spacious. Lots of room for everyone to move around. Clean and comfortable.

Negative: Garage door was locked and we were told the garage was for the owners only. The bikes were housed there so we had to wheel them up the garage steps, through the house and down the front porch steps. Not really a big deal but could be a pain for some
