Summary: Everything about our stay was perfect — from the warm welcome and kindness of the staff to the beautiful room decor and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the overall assistance provided by the team was truly above and beyond. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately, with no extra charges — a big plus after a long journey! What really stood out was the exceptional quality of the staff. I wasn’t feeling well one morning, and they kindly offered to replace my usual breakfast with a comforting soup to help me recover. They even acted as an intermediary between our travel agency and a bus company to help us resolve a booking issue. The location of the hotel is also ideal — close to everything. We had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and outstanding service!
