You ate adjacent to a five star resort, steps to a white sand beach and Miramar surf point and a 3 minute drive to the famous Coast Village road with all the top brand shopping and amazing restaurants that are some of the best in California. Everything that you need is within 5 minutes of The Palms Villa. The zoo, state street, east beach volleyball and downtown Santa Barbara is two exits away! You can walk to and from the beach within a few minutes as well as next-door to the Rosewood Miramar. If you want to walk 15 minutes you can get to Coast Village Road. The airport is about a 15 minute drive away. At low tide, a sunset walk on the beach can take you 5 miles in either direction of white sand beaches. Depending on the tides there can be rocks near the stairs but it clears up by the resort. The Rosewood Miramar, Beach, Hotel is next-door and they sell day passes online.
