Positive: The location of the Penthouse was terrific. Once we parked, we never had to use the car unless we left the island. There's a 24 hr grocery mart 100 feet away. The beech was 50 feet walk from our doorstep. The host responded within a few hours to any questions or concerns we had. There was plenty of beach towels and beach chairs to use,
Negative: Only 2 windows opened up beside the sliders and front door. Our high temp while there was 65, but i always like to feel a breeze and smell the salt air whenever possible. The Penthouse does have 4 bathrooms, but they were all on the main floor. The family that used the bedrooms in the loft had to come down the stairs and use the one hall bathroom. Just a inconvenience.
Summary: Wonderful location to spend a family vacation.
