Kitchen and Utilities: Electric Oven, Electric Ceramic Hob, Fridge, Microwave, Washing Machine (Located in the bathroom), Nespresso KRUPS Coffee Machine (Guests to bring their own pods). Entertainment: Large wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview in the living, kitchen and diner (Guests can log into their own Netflix Accounts). Both bedrooms have Flat Screen Smart TV's with Freeview (Guests can log into their own accounts). For Families: Travel Cot and Highchair provided at the property. Guests to bring their own linen for the travel cot. Outside Space: This property does not come with outside space. Parking: A Parking Permit is provided. General: WiFi Provided. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
