Our amazing rental home is located less than 2 blocks from the beach and can be the start of your perfect vacation getaway. There is an extremely large screened-in balcony to just sit back and enjoy the beautiful views.
With amazing views from covered balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen, you can enjoy the best of both worlds, shade and sun, the choice is yours. The Summer House - Upper makes you feel delightfully secluded from the bustle of a busy beach town. Sit on the balcony with a cool drink, or enjoy a casual meal with enough seating for the entire family.
There are also plenty of places for fun! Gather the whole group in the upstairs living room with a sectional leather sofa to watch a favorite movie, listen to music, or play games together. Our 46 inch HDTV makes watching anything a little more exciting, and throughout the house you will find other TVs along with DVD players.
You'll love the open, beautifully decorated living and dining room area, with sliding glass doors leading out to the long, wide deck with a picnic table and comfortable chairs and enjoy the view. If that isn’t what you’re looking for, just relax on the cozy couch and watch the sunrise and ocean view. The dining table seats four and is conveniently located close to the kitchen area which also has two stools at the breakfast bar.
Our kitchen is ready to be useful, equipped with stainless steel appliance, and includes microwave, coffee maker, blender and everything you could possible need. Even if cooking is a very low priority for you this vacation, fill up the fridge and pantry with food and drinks or just head to the beach and order out. The choice is all yours.
The master suite is wonderfully decorated and features a luxurious queen size bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in shower with travertine tiles. With a large closet, you can bring anything you like and have plenty of room for it all.
The Summer House is the ideal vacation home for two families traveling together or for a couple with children. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and the loft has a sofa sleeper. The second bathroom has a tub/showercombination.
Downstairs you will find an additional living room, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a full bath and a second fully stocked kitchen.
