The “Tree House and Casita” have been completely renovated from top to bottom!

Fantastic location on Piney Island – you cannot get closer to the beach!
This 4-season house – the tallest on Chincoteague Island – boasts sleeping for 15 people as
well as several communal spaces, including three heated, screened-in porches, four decks --
the top two offering panoramic views of Assateague Channel and the iconic lighthouse -- and
two indoor family rooms. The adjacent lot includes a basketball court, a smokeless firepit and
ample room for outdoor games. Here also sits the 800-square foot “Casita,” with its own full
bath, television area, as well as pool, ping pong and foosball tables!
First Floor Features:
The mudroom where you can leave your towels, sandy shoes and call the elevator, which
provides access up to the fourth level, great for taking up groceries, luggage, and people!
The second-floor sleeps 9+ and features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
The Blue Room has a queen bed and a single-over-single bunk bed with direct access to the deck;
The Yellow Room has a queen bed and a single bed;
The Green Room – adjoining the Yellow Room with a pocket door -- has a full-sized bed (as
well as a fold-away single bed) with direct access to the heated, screened-in porch
The heated, screened-in porch has a hammock and swing chair, as well as an outdoor deck
with great conversation table and chairs; and
Two full baths, a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a desk in the hallway.
The third floor is where everybody meets:
