Our goal is to provide great insight and an amazing hospitable stay for guests wanting to explore the beautiful city of Istanbul. I will provide in depth advice to guests in order to satisfy their wants and needs and make their stay a memorable one. This includes any arrangements, reservations needed, input and language translations guests may require. This lively city has loads to offer and my goal is to make it a remarkable stay for you.
Beautiful brand new building in the heart of Beyoglu. A short walk to the shoreline in Karakoy. Situated in between Cihangir and Galata close to all transportation links. Close to cafe's and restaurants and authentic antic shops.
Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances, Security, private outdoor space.

-Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
-Lost keys incur a surcharge of 35USD
-Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 70USD

We ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. We've invested a lot of effort into creating a welcoming space for you to enjoy.
Please keep the house clean during your stay to make checkout easier.
If any accidental damage occurs, we'll assess the situation internally to determine if and how much of the repair cost will be deducted.
We hope you have a fantastic time and lots of fun during your stay! However, please keep noise levels down during nighttime hours to be considerate of others.
Be sure to read and understand the house rules at the start of your stay. If anything is unclear, contact us for clarification to avoid any misunderstandings.
Avoid washing food scraps down the drain. Please place any kitchen waste into the container under the sink for organic disposal.
To support environmental sustainability, only run the dishwasher when it's full and use the eco-program if possible.
Do not flush sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin in each bathroom for these items.
Report any accidental damages or breakages promptly, ideally before checkout.
Please do not move furniture between rooms without prior permission.
If any damage to the property or its appliances is not covered by our insurance, repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
To respect neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.
Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted on the property.
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior reported by neighbors may result in eviction and termination of your reservation, which could lead to the loss of your security deposit and rental fees.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
Dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays outside.
Failure to adhere to these rules will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
All guests must be registered to stay at the property. Contact us to inquire about adding extra guests to your reservation.
Remember to turn off lights, fans, and other small appliances when you leave. This includes air conditioning and heating, as we aim to be an eco-friendly home.
In case of a power outage, contact us before adjusting the control panel. We do not provide compensation for temporary outages of electricity, gas, water, cable, satellite, or telephone services.

We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors who do not follow these rules.
