Positive: We need accommodation close to the work site, so it was excellent for that. Price started off as reasonable, but quickly climbed once we started regular bookings.

Negative: The sudden and large rise in the price over a short period. Now too pricey for us to consider, there are plenty of similar properties in the area. Priced themselves out of range.

Summary: The house was excellent, now too pricey.
