Perfect for couples, families with children and pets. Our space offers tranquility, peace and a beautiful sunset, combining peace, comfort and privacy. We are in the heart of Floripa Island, close to the beaches of Ingleses, Jurerê Internacional, Canasvieiras and Santo Antônio.
Welcome to Tilli's Haus Praia & Campo! Here, greenery and nature integrate perfectly, providing a unique experience from the first moment. The cabin has an outdoor area of ​​more than 2,000 square meters, with green grass, barbecue, and lots of contact with nature. It is the ideal place for couples, families with children and pets.
It is the only house on the land, guaranteeing total security and privacy.
Our outdoor space includes:
- Large rest area: Relax in a hammock for two people.
- Charcoal barbecue: Complete with barbecue utensils, ideal for leisure moments.
- Table with chairs: For outdoor dining.
- External shower: Perfect for cooling off on hot days and washing off the sand from the beach.

- Ifood works very well and on site we also have a complete functional kitchen that can be used to make meals.
- 2 days before arrival, the guest receives a guide with all the information about the Cabana and the coordinates on how to get there.
- We have flexibility for a 3rd person, as long as it is a child up to 7 years old and we provide an extra mattress in this case.
Neighborhood and Leisure:
The cabin is located in Vargem Pequena in the north of the island, a very quiet neighborhood with lots of green area, which is in the heart of Floripa Island. You will be close to the beaches of Ingleses, Jurerê Internacional, Canasvieiras, Santinho and Santo Antônio de Lisboa, mandatory stops on your visit.
Vargem Pequena and the neighboring neighborhood, Ratones, have a historical-cultural value, which continue to preserve traces of rurality in the midst of the urban area and reveal the community's plural vocations, uniting history, culture, leisure, Azorean tradition and integration with nature.
For Mountain Bike lovers, there is a very famous trail called "Mea Mea" very close to our property (approx. 500m away). The trail is the official route of the Pro category of the Floripa Bike Marathon. It is a trail of intermediate difficulty and can be done with hardtail bikes. Some more technical descent sections, in the format of singletracks, and a small wooden bridge in the middle of the trail. The trail gives access to the Vargem Grande neighborhood, runs along the top of the farm hill giving access to Estrada Cristóvão Machado de Campos.
Another attraction is the trail from Ratones to Costa da Lagoa. The Ratones trail is one of the most famous in Florianópolis, taking visitors on a walk amid the region's exuberant nature. It starts in the Ratones neighborhood, which is approx. 6km from our property and follows a light trail to the coast of the lagoon. During the route it is possible to observe species of local fauna and flora, in addition to enjoying incredible views of the lagoon. At the end of the trail, visitors arrive at a small fishing village, ideal for having shrimp or fish for lunch, relaxing and enjoying the stunning views and taking a bath in the crystal-clear waterfall.
