Our stocked fishing ponds near the house are open for guest fishing. No ATVs, or mountain bikes on property please. There are world-class mountain biking trails just 1.5 miles away. 30-minute drive to Monarch Mountain Ski Resort and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Salida. Plenty of hiking, fishing, climbing, mountain biking, rafting, and amazing restaurants within minutes of the property. Not much local transportation is available--a car is needed. Timber Creek Ranch is being developed as part of an exclusive community in Salida. There may be maintenance personnel occasionally on the property as we improve the grounds and further develop the amenities.
