Das Haus Anne liegt im wunderschönen Mimmenhausen, einem Teilort der Gemeinde Salem. Mimmenhausen bietet Ihnen ländliches Flair mit knapp 3200 Einwohnern. Hier können Sie in aller Ruhe entspannen. Mimmenhausen ist klein, aber fein! Sie finden in ca. 400 Metern eine Volksbank und eine Sparkasse. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie die Rats-Apotheke in 7 Minuten. Eine Pizzeria und weitere Einkehrmöglichkeiten liegen 5 Gehminuten von meiner Ferienwohnung entfernt. Zwei Supermärkte erreichen Sie in 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Metzgerei und die Bäckerei Weber sind nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt, so können Sie morgens ganz in der Nähe Ihre frischen Frühstücksbrötchen besorgen. Mein Haus liegt verkehrsberuhigt mitten im Grünen. In der Einfahrt ist ein Stellplatz für Sie reserviert, direkt vor dem Haus. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss. Zur Begrüßung schenke ich Ihnen eine kleine Flasche Sekt, die Sie auf Ihrem gemütlichen Sonnenbalkon genießen können. Natürlich dürfen Sie auch die grüne Liegewiese im hauseigenen Garten nutzen. Einen Sonnenschirm stelle ich Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung, sodass Sie sich voll und ganz wohlfühlen können. Im Garten finden Sie außerdem einen kleinen Außensitz mit Tisch und Stühlen. Sollten Sie Ihre Fahrräder mitbringen, dürfen Sie diese in der Garage unterstellen. Gegebenenfalls können Sie hier auch Ihre E-Bikes aufladen. Haben Sie Lust einen Ausflug zu machen? Dann bietet sich ein Besuch beim Affenberg Salem an, den Sie mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten erreichen. Als kulturellen Ausflug finden Sie ganz in der Nähe das Schloss Salem. Das Schloss ist nur 3,5 km von der Ferienunterkunft entfernt. Sicherlich möchten Sie auch einmal direkt an den traumhaften Bodensee. In gut 10 Minuten ist dies mit dem Auto machbar. Meine Ferienwohnung ist in zwei großzügige Zimmer aufgeteilt. Das helle Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem großen Schrank ausgestattet. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer mit angrenzendem Balkon bietet Ihnen reichlich Platz für gemütliche Stunden. Auf dem wunderbaren Sonnenbalkon können Sie sich auch einfach mal zurücklehnen und entspannen. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist auch mit einem Fernseher ausgestattet. In diesem Bereich gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, ein Zustellbett für eine dritte Person aufzustellen. Die Küche ist neu renoviert und ist voll ausgestattet. Neben einem Backofen findet sich eine Spülmaschine, ein großer Kühlschrank, ein Toaster, eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine und vieles mehr. Hier können Sie sich bestens versorgen, es fehlt Ihnen an nichts. Die moderne Küche bietet Ihnen auch noch einen kleinen Essplatz. Das lichtdurchflutete Badezimmer im 70er Jahre Stil hat Charme und ist mit einer Dusche und einem großen Waschbecken ausgestattet. Das große Regal bietet Ihnen hier nochmal zusätzlichen Stauraum.
