➤ QUIET HOURS:
10PM to 8AM. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $250 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again.
➤ UNDISCLOSED PERSON:
There will be a charge of $50 per night for any undisclosed person that is not included in the reservation count.
➤ UNDISCLOSED PETS:
There will be a charge of $500 for any undisclosed pet.
➤ TAMPERING OF SECURITY DEVICES:
You agree not to tamper with or disable the camera during your stay. If we notice that the camera was moved or disabled, you and your guests will be fined $500 and/or asked to leave immediately without a refund and are responsible to pay for any damage done to the device. This applies to any smoke detectors, carbon monoxide fixtures, or noise monitoring devices. I get alerts to my phone the moment something is touched.
➤ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:
Subject to availability. There is a small fee of $50 per hour if you would like to have an early check-in or check-out. UNAUTHORIZED early check-in or check-out will result in a fee of $100 per hour.

Summary: Myself and some friends / family were in Scottsdale for a golf trip. This property was an absolutely excellent home base. 20 minutes or less from everything we wanted to do (restaurants, casinos, golf courses) and a great place to unwind after a long day on the course. Master bathroom was the cherry on top, completely luxurious, will absolutely book again next time I am in the area.
