Just one street back from the main strip, boutique shops, restaurants and bars are at your back doorstep. And a short stroll down the street will take you to the beautiful Margaret River and forest walk trails. And if mountain biking is your thing, then look no further...Everything you could need to experience the best of Margaret River is within walking distance!
The space
The house is a 1950's groupie that has been refreshed and extended on for your comfort while still maintaining it original character. She's 70 years old so of course there are a few quirks!! Our kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs, along with a BBQ for those hot summer nights when you prefer to cook outside. There are two living areas, so ample space to retreat for some quiet time. There is parking for 3 vehicles, along with roadside parking if required. There's plenty of room in the back yard for a game of cricket or sit back on the verandah and watch the world go by.
Other things to note.
Our little town is growing rapidly with the block next door currently under construction between Monday to Friday. We have done our best to limit noise and dust.
