It is 50 meters away from the sea on the closer side and 100 meters away from the sea on the farther side. The house is 80 meters away from the local grocery shop and local bar. It is 5 min away by car from the local tavern offering fish specialists and ten minute from the very popular sand beach Stari Trogir. Nearby small deserted islands Mala Muja, Velika Muja and Archangel can be reached by boat in a 10 to 20 min ride. The house itself is situated in a very peaceful area with neighbors only on the southern side of the house, while on the other sides it is surrounded by local road and olive tree plantations. The vegetation and sea air will make you breath deeply and relax in the moment, enjoying every minute of your stay. The house has direct access to the sea with almost private pathway leading directly to the beach and private peer.
Villa Felicia is an authentic Dalmatian two floor summer house which is both small and practical. It has a big 750 square meters garden surrounded by a stone wall, making it safe for small children and dogs to wander freely around the house. It has two fireplaces, the outdoor ideal for grilling fish and meat and the inner one that can be used in winter for heating up the house.
The house has a unique feature in a way that all the woodwork including wooden stairs and most of the wooden furniture is custom made by the owner himself.
