Positive: Lovely condominium with beautiful open area and a warm non-wood fireplace for those cold nights. Very good location for going to ski areas in North Lake Tahoe. Very good location for going out to dinner and to the Safeway in North Lake Tahoe. An excellent choice for skiers.
Negative: The only thing that I would say is there is a pretty long flight of stairs to get there so if your mobility challenged, this is not the place for you
