Summary: The pictures online are older pictures. The location was very good except for traffic noise which you do get use to. Nancy was very friendly and easy to talk to. Apon arriving we encountered a very dirty trailer. The floors required sweeping and mopping. The dishes in the cupboards had dried food on some bowls and plates and some glasses had dried Cola type product. We washed all the dishes by hand because there is no dishwasher and cleaned out all the cupboards which were also dirty and also placed some shelf paper on the shelves where we intended to place things. We could not use the sunroom because previous renters most likely left their dogs In the sunroom and their was a distinct smell of urine and feces stains on the carpet. Nancy offered a shampooer but we decided to rent a commercial shampooer which we did. The area required three shampooings to get rid of the smell. The both bathrooms required a deep clean. Nancy said the hurricanes with strong winds caused a lot of dirt and dust to accumulate inside. The trailer is now much cleaner than on our arrival. Nancy does not charge cleaning charges so just be aware that you may have to clean the trailer up.
